Salt detox bath

Need:

  • A cup of sea salt
  • A cup of Epsom salt
  • Two cups of sodium bicarbonate
  • Several drops of any essential oil.

Instruction:

Place all ingredients in a pot of boiling water and stir well until dissolved. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes and then soak your feet for half an hour. This foot bath relieves your skin, detoxifies your body, and fights body fatigue.

Clay Detox Bath

Need:

  • Half a cup of bentonite clay
  • Half a cup of Epsom salt
  • Several drops of any essential oil.

First, add Epsom salt in a warm bath to Melt.
